EXCHANGE POLICY

No exchange service is provided since all our products are made on order and customised. In case you still need an exchange, the shipping charges from both side, that is, pick up charges of the product that is to be replaced and the shipping charges of the new product that will be sent as replacement, are to borne by you. We would collect both the charges from you as prepaid and only then exchange will proceed. No refunds will be made in this case either of the product price or of the shipping charges. The replacement will be done with the exact same product. You cannot replace the product with any other products listed here.

RETURNS POLICY

 Returns is provided only if you have received a damaged product(be it in transit or a manufacturing defect) or wrong product. Read the following instructions carefully to file for returns.

Unboxing video : MAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO WHILE OPENING THE PARCEL OTHERWISE WE WON’T BE ABLE TO ENTERTAIN YOUR ISSUE.

– In case you received an incorrect parcel or damaged parcel or Missing product.

– Video should be from starting (breaking the seal of the primary package where you can see the label/shipping address stuck) till the end without any pause or cuts in between and taken from top.

 – Any issue or damage with the product should be clearly shown in this video only. Not in another video or photo later. The video should be a continuous video.

– If you are alone at the time of receiving the parcel, kindly wait for someone to help you out.

– Please make sure to not exceed 24 hours after receiving the parcel. HOW TO PROCEED WITH RETURNS ?

 – Kindly share with us, the full video of unboxing on WhatsApp with order ID and name. – We will check and respond back within 24 hours (within working days – Monday to Saturday).

 – We will either get it picked up from your address ( if your pin code allows), or ask you to send it back to us using a reliable courier option. – The shipping charges of returns are to be borne by the customer.

– Make sure you pack the product well to avoid further damage otherwise returns might get cancelled. – Share the tracking number once return is initiated in case you shipped it on your own. Not required in case we got it picked up.

 – Once we have received back the product and have checked it thoroughly, then we will refund all the amount promised to you within 24 hours period (deducting the returns shipping charges in case we got it picked up

– not applicable if you have already borne these charges while sending back the product)

Shipping Policy

We ship using private courier option like Delhivery.
The customer is required to be present at all times for call or receipt of the product once shipped. In case you miss the call or product delivery due to this reason, we are not responsible for the same.


 

Refund Policy

- we do not consider returns unlessyou received a damaged product/wrong product. No other reason for returns will be accepted.
-While making returns, make sure you inform us about the situation within 48 hours of product receipt, alongwith an unboxing video of the same.
- The video should be taken from top, and breaking of primary seal should be visible. There should be no cut, pause, stop or screen blank in between.
- In case you are alone at home, please wait for someone to help you.
-Please make sure you show the damage on video
-Refund will be done from our side once we have received back our product in hands.
-You will be required to pack the product well as it was, and ship it back to us through a trusted source and send us the picture of the bill/recept so we can remit you for the same
- Skipping any of the above mentioned details would lead us to a 'no refund'
