Returns and exchange

EXCHANGE POLICY

 No exchange service is provided since all our products are made on order and customised. In case you still need an exchange, the shipping charges from both side, that is, pick up charges of the product that is to be replaced and the shipping charges of the new product that will be sent as replacement, are to borne by you. We would collect both the charges from you as prepaid and only then exchange will proceed. No refunds will be made in this case either of the product price or of the shipping charges. The replacement will be done with the exact same product. You cannot replace the product with any other products listed here.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns is provided only if you have received a damaged product or wrong product. Read the following instructions carefully to file for returns.

Unboxing video :

MAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO WHILE OPENING THE PARCEL OTHERWISE WE WON’T BE ABLE TO ENTERTAIN YOUR ISSUE.

– In case you received an incorrect parcel or damaged parcel or Missing product. – Video should be from starting (breaking the seal of the primary package where you can see the label/shipping address stuck) till the end without any pause or cuts in between and taken from top.

– Any issue or damage with the product should be clearly shown in this video only. Not in another video or photo later. The video should be a continuous video.

– If you are alone at the time of receiving the parcel, kindly wait for someone to help you out.

 – Please make sure to not exceed 48 hours after receiving the parcel
